The Chamber Is Committed to Protecting Your Privacy and Information

The Information We See and How It Is Used

When you visit this website, our web server recognizes your Internet service provider (ISP), but may not necessarily see your domain name. We do not collect your e-mail address unless you have entered it into a form on this website.

We also collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information on which pages visitors access or visit, and information volunteered by visitors, such as survey information and online registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of this website and may be shared with sponsoring organizations.

We do set cookies, which are used only to pass store information from one page of the site to another. Otherwise, these cookies cannot be used in any way to collect information from you.

At Your Request, We Will Remove You from Our Contact List

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please contact us. We update our database twice per month. If you receive an e-mail from us after having requested that we remove your address from our list, it is because we are processing, and have not finalized, your request. At the bottom of each CWCC e-mail you receive is a link by which you may discontinue your subscription. We encourage you to use this "unsubscribe link," as appropriate.

If you supply your physical mailing address while at this website, you may receive periodic postal mailings from us with information on new programs, benefits, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive such mailings, please contact us. Provide us with your exact name and address, and we will ensure your name is removed from our mailing list.

This website contains links to other sites, and the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for the privacy practices at those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every site you visit that collects personally identifiable information.

How We Protect Your Privacy

From time to time, we may use website visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will use only data that has been collected from the time of the policy change forward.

Upon request, we provide website visitors with access to unique identifier information (i.e., customer number or password) that we maintain. You can access this information by sending an e-mail to info@cwcc.org. We will send passwords only to the persons and e-mail addresses we have on file at the chamber.

We have appropriate security measures in place through our Internet service, provided to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from visitors to this website.

If you believe this website is not following its stated privacy policy, please contact us.

This policy is effective August 15, 2002, and applies only to information collected by this website.
