#WomenCrushingWednesday – Amber McReynolds
This week’s #WomenCrushingWednesday is longtime member and CEO of National Vote at Home Institute & Coalition, Amber McReynolds. Amber has not only been extremely active in our CWCC community, serving as a board member, and a member of the public policy committee, but is also a driving force of change in our broader community. She is a member of the National Task Force on Election Crises and represents the Women Board of Directors, and also sits on the City Year Board of Directors and Lift Colorado Executive Board. She was recognized this year as a 2020 CWCC Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business… and for great reason!
When asked why she’s so passionate about the work she does in our community, she answered, “I want to leave the world better than I found it for future generations including my two children. For me, I believe improving the voting experience for all is key to improving policies that impact women and families. When more people are able to engage, our democracy is stronger. Free and fair elections are the cornerstone to our democracy and we need to ensure the voting process is accessible, secure, inclusive, and safe for all.
