State of Women in Business

Tuesday, February 28, 2023 7:30am - 9:30am
Infinity Park Event Center
4400 E Kentucky Ave, Glendale, CO 80246
After seeing hordes of women leave their jobs during the 'Shecession' in 2020 and the continued "Great Resignation" in 2021, the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce has been exploring the issues and factors that are leading to women "breaking up" with their companies and careers. Women are still leaving their companies at the highest rate we've seen in history.
As we examine work in a post-pandemic world, it's clear women won't return to the status quo.
Join us to evaluate national and local trends that are driving women to leave their jobs, quietly quit or simply "break up" with their employers.
Our experts will share solutions and strategies to address and remedy barriers that prevent women to advance in business.

Explore the future of advocacy and work required to advance women, and advance the causes of equity and parity across all industries.
It's going to take all of us to get women back to work.
