What is something we’d be surprised to learn about you?
I’m an only child (but from a VERY large and close extended family). My family is one of the best things about me!
Who can you credit with helping you along your way – or changing your life trajectory for the better? Why?
I was lucky to have many mentors in the workplace but certainly, my first and most important mentor was my mother, who raised me on her own while climbing the corporate ladder to become president of a multi-million dollar healthcare firm. I saw firsthand the struggles of being an ambitious woman, the sacrifices and choices one had to make to be taken seriously, the difficulty of owning accomplishments and living a balanced life.
In another life, I’m pretty sure I was a park ranger or a chef.
If I could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve being outdoors and no phones!
If I weren’t so damn good at my job, I’d probably be a mountain ambassador at a ski resort.
