The Colorado Women’s Chamber has been in operation for 22 years and is one of the largest Women’s Chambers in the Nation. We focus on providing you the tools required to help your business grow and be successful. One of those tools is our partnership with outstanding organizations such as WBEC-West.

WBEC-West is a regional partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Together with WBENC, they represent a nationwide network dedicated to increasing procurement opportunities for Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs) through supplier diversity. WBEC-West connects WBEs with corporations and government agencies who are interested in utilizing and expanding their vendor diversity.

As we enter our second year with this partnership, we are very excited to share our success thus far. Last year, the staff from the CWCC and WBEC-West worked to develop a procurement series which would benefit both of our constituencies. We featured four seminars which highlighted topics such as: “How to do business with several different corporations, what certification is right for your business, and how to understand Supplier Diversity.” These seminars focused on a need in our community and provided a resource to both our memberships.

This year, our procurement series has grown and continues to help us cultivate our members’ businesses and increase their growth.
