CWCC Board Member Rae Ann Dougherty is also named Girl Scout Woman of Distinction
Prior to forming R & R Strategies, Inc. in 1997 specializing in performance management and information technology consulting services, Rae Ann Dougherty oversaw a company-wide, multinational, multi-billion dollar expansion at Intel. She has won numerous awards from top companies and organizations. In 2001, she was honored with the first “David E. Bailey Award” for Small Business from Wells Fargo. She is also the recipient of the Thanks Badge, the highest national recognition from Girl Scouts of the USA, and was selected as an “International Woman of the Year” by the International Biographical Centre. Dougherty’s commitment as a volunteer is evidenced by her goal in each of her volunteer roles to bring cultures and organizations together with a strategic vision and to be a strong role model and mentor for others. Dougherty also has served in numerous positions for Girl Scouts of the USA and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Dougherty received a MBA in engineering management from the University of Dallas.
