At the Wednesday DTC Luncheon, speaker Selena L. Dunham will discuss her life and experiences as an etiquette and diversity expert.
About Selena Dunham
She is currently Principal of Classique, LLC, a Private Client Service Company, which offers training and consulting for individuals, corporations on fundraising, political consulting and the etiquette of entertaining clients. Selena’s company also conducts international etiquette, diversity training, and assessment center training.
Most recently, Selena served as the Chief of Staff with the Denver 2008 Convention Host Committee, which planned and organized the 2008 Democratic National Convention. She directed and planned the training for 20,000 volunteers, oversaw the staffing needs for the entire Host Committee.
Prior to forming Classique, LLC, Selena was the Executive Vice President of an international school, where she managed daily operations and staff for the international, placement and publishing divisions. She negotiated training contracts with the White House, Pentagon, US Military branches, private residences, upscale hotels and resorts. Additionally she trained and developed curriculum for hotel and resort upper management staff, in service, etiquette, international diversity and protocol.
She also served as Regional Director of Advertising and Promotions for Adams Mark Hotel and Resorts. In 2003, she was honored as one of the top 100 in the country in the lodging industry.
