CWCC Golf Series Teaches the Art of Doing Business on the Golf Course
DENVER –The Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with Lana Ortega, owner and operator of Lana Ortega Golf, to host a four week Women and Business Golf Series. The series includes a three week clinic focusing on improving golf skills while learning how to use the sport as a business tool. The series will take place every Thursday from July 15 to August 5 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Green Valley Ranch Golf Club located at 4900 Himalaya Rd.
The cost for the Women and Business Golf series is $275. Attendees can view clinic sponsorship options and register online at www.cwcc.org.
Lana Ortega was just nominated as one of the top 50 best women teachers in America by golf digest and will coach participants of the Women and Business Golf Series to foster relationships on the course and improve their golf game. The Series will also feature three other successful businesswomen as guest speakers who will address a range of topics pertaining to golf. Kim Nissan, Director of Rules and Competitions for the Colorado Women’s Golf Association, will address the rules and etiquette of doing business on the golf course.
On the fourth week of the series, participants will play nine holes of golf to implement new practices followed by a networking happy hour event.

The Women and Business Golf Series is designed for all levels. The four week training sessions will help business men and women improve their overall performance on the golf course in order to stay on top of the game in the sport and in business.
