Welcome new CWCC staff!
The CWCC is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Howerton as Marketing & Program Manager and Morgan Montgomery as Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In addition, as part of these changes, Kerstin Sebring’s position will no longer be part of our structure. She will be transitioning out of the Chamber at the end of this month.
During Kerstin’s tenure as the Engagement and Retention Manager for the CWCC, she researched what members find valuable. It was through this research that the chamber has found programming and education opportunities to be of the most value. Kerstin was an integral part of the CWCC’s growth and we are so grateful for her many contributions.
Heather Howerton comes to the CWCC with a marketing and events background. She has implemented successful marketing campaigns and strategy in former companies in the healthcare, IT, and manufacturing space. She has also put on various events in these roles, partnering with other organizations in the community to position leadership as thought leaders in the community. She has been actively involved in other chambers and their women in business groups. She is passionate about developing content and programming that supports the growth of women and allows for people to connect with one another. Her other passions include seeing live music, trying out new recipes, putting on themed events with friends, and exploring what Colorado has to offer.
Morgan Montgomery joins the CWCC bringing experience in event planning and marketing. She has been a part of the planning and execution of many social media marketing campaigns for different athletic programs at the collegiate level and looks forward to the transition to work with businesses outside of sports. Her passion lies in getting involved in the community and finding ways to enhance the overall experience for our members and their companies as they succeed in their fields. Her other interests are coaching youth volleyball, hiking, and watching the Broncos!
We’re sad to say goodbye to Kerstin, but wish her well in pursuit of her next opportunity!
