Yesterday, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce hosted Dr. María Guajardo at the March Downtown Lunch. She had such an amazing story and she really inspired the audience. A daughter of migrant parents, Dr. Guajardo graduated with honors from Harvard University and earned her Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Denver. She is an author, a mother, a community volunteer, and a national speaker. Currently, she serves as the executive director of the Mayor’s Office for Education and Children in Denver.
Don’t miss my next adventure next Thursday during the Women’s History Month Celebration at the Chamber!
