Sherri Kroonenberg, Senior Vice President of Charles Schwab Investor Services will speak about her life at the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce DTC Lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow, September3 at Maggiano’s DTC, 7401 St. Clinton St. in Englewood, CO.

About Sherri:
Sherri is responsible for delivering service and operations support for retail clients.  Functions include the call center, specialty teams and operations.  Primary areas of focus include brokerage phone services, account opening and maintenance, and specialty services such as:  Options, Active Trader and Banking.
 
Sherri joined Schwab in 1998 in the Retail Product and Service organization.  In this role, she supported the firm’s asset management products providing service, operations, and technology support services.  During 2002-2003, she played a key leadership role in the launch of Charles Schwab Bank.  She joined Schwab Investor Services in 2006, leading the Rep Experience organization.  Subsequently she led the Schwab Investor Services Phone teams for the Denver site, where she was responsible for leading 500+ people in the delivery of phone and specialty services for retail clients.
 
Sherri came to Schwab from Citigroup where she was the Vice President of Service and Operations for the subsidiary Diners Club International.  During her tenure at Citigroup, she led both the corporate and retail service and operations organizations.  She was also employed by US Bank where she held P&L responsibility for the national ATM network.
 
Sherri holds a Bachelor of Science from Metropolitan State College and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Business.  She is a native of Colorado and is married and has two children.  In addition, she currently serves on the Board of the Foundation Fighting Blindness Denver Chapter.
