Take a new look at Kaiser Permanente

As a business leader, you know the importance of getting the most value for each health care dollar you spend. At Kaiser Permanente, we offer a unique care model. Not only do we provide care and coverage together (i.e. health plans and health care), but we also pioneered value-based care.

  • Our care teams think and work together using a shared electronic health record to seamlessly coordinate members’ care.
  • We define value-based care as a model of care delivery that improves health outcomes and increases access to affordable care. We do this with evidence-based medicine and a commitment to value. Put simply, our clinicians strive to provide the right care, not more care. Value-based health care has been the foundation of our industry-leading model since we began caring for Coloradans more than 55 years ago.

More ways — and networks — than ever to care for your employees

Kaiser Permanente offers a full suite of cost-effective health plans for large businesses, including the newest additions, our Everyday Care plans and our Choice PPO. These plans offer more choice, flexibility, and convenience for employees, who often cite employer-sponsored health coverage as a key reason they accept and choose to stay in a job.

Being able to access care when, where, and how they need it saves your employees time and makes it easier for them to be engaged in their health. With Kaiser Permanente, they can:

  • See a doctor, fill a prescription, and get a lab test or X-ray all under one roof in most of our 29 medical offices along the Front Range.
    • Kaiser Permanente is investing in our Colorado footprint, with the construction of three, brand-new medical offices in Parker, Pueblo, and Lakewood. These medical offices are scheduled to open in late 2025 and mid-year 2026. Each one features more space and innovative technology with primary care, pharmacy, labs, and more provided in an eco-friendly building.
  • Access one of Colorado’s largest multispecialty physician groups. Kaiser Permanente has more than 1,200+ world-class doctors across 40+ specialties, from cancer care to mental health.
    • Members can also choose to see a doctor from our network of 21,000+ affiliated providers.
  • Get care 24/7 with video, e-visits, and phone options to address common health concerns.1
    • More than 50% of our members who used virtual care for a video visit avoided a trip to the emergency room or urgent care.2
