GOAL: It’s Time 2017 Denver Gender Equity Summit – Convene a cross section of leaders, including Mayor Michael B. Hancock, metro mayors, city managers, and key stakeholders from the business/non-profit sector to develop short term strategies and long term infrastructure to advance gender equity in workplace settings and beyond.

Summit focus areas:
1. Promoting Culturally Responsive Organizations;
2. Creating Career Advancement Opportunities & Workforce Readiness Plans (Succession Planning) ;
3. Adopting Family Friendly Practices.
