Over the past 14 years, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce has recognized more than 350 exceptional women who are shaping industries, strengthening communities, and redefining what leadership looks like.

Who Is a Top 25 Honoree?
The Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business are leaders who:
- Champion the advancement of women in business and future female leaders
- Make meaningful contributions to their communities
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success
- Lead with resilience and perseverance
- Think boldly and drive innovation as business visionaries
These are women whose leadership doesn’t just achieve results—it creates lasting impact.
A Recognition Defined by Excellence
Honorees are selected by a distinguished committee that includes past Top 25 recipients—women who understand firsthand what it means to lead at the highest level. This peer-driven selection process makes the recognition especially meaningful and highly prestigious within Colorado’s business community.
Nomination Guidelines
To ensure your nominee is considered, please follow these important steps:
- Confirm the nominee’s availability to attend the Gala on Friday, October 2, 2026 (4:00–8:30 p.m.)
(Attendance is required.) - Submit the completed nomination form and all materials in one email
- Include the nominee’s first and last name in the subject line
- Save the nomination file as:
[Last Name, First Name_2026 Top 25] - You may include up to three (3) additional pages of supporting materials (letters of recommendation, testimonials, articles, or a personal statement)
- Include article links in a separate document (not in the email body)
- Submit all materials by 5:00 PM on May 31, 2026
