The Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) is proud to announce Rob Cohen, Chairman and CEO of IMA Financial Group, as the inaugural recipient of the CWCC Ally Award. This new recognition celebrates men who are intentional and unwavering in their efforts to uplift, champion, and advance women and economic equity.
The CWCC Ally Award was created to honor those who not only believe in equity but actively build it—leaders who open doors, create opportunity, and use their influence to drive meaningful change. Rob Cohen embodies this commitment in every facet of his leadership.
A Leader Who Models True Allyship
Throughout his career, Rob has demonstrated what it means to lead with purpose, empathy, and courage. His work at IMA Financial Group has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion, including DEI and pay equity initiatives that ensure women can thrive, lead, and succeed at every level of the organization.
Beyond his professional leadership, Rob’s advocacy for women extends into the broader community. He has used his platform to advance gender equity and combat systemic racism, not just through vocal support, but through tangible, lasting organizational and civic change.
Rob also played a pivotal role in bringing the Colorado Summit FC women’s soccer team to Colorado, creating more representation and visibility for women in sports and inspiring the next generation of female athletes. His commitment to equity and empowerment spans industries, generations, and communities.
A Legacy of Service and Impact
In addition to his corporate and community advocacy, Rob’s dedication to service is evident in his leadership roles on more than 20 nonprofit boards. His vision and generosity have left a lasting imprint on Colorado’s business, civic, and cultural landscape—helping to shape a more inclusive future for all.
