Two Paths to Leadership: Find Your Next Step with CWCC
CWCC Leadership Development Programs
Are you ready to take the next big step in your leadership journey — or help someone on your team take theirs?
The Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for two signature leadership development programs, each designed to ignite and amplify the power of women in business at a different stage of the leadership pipeline. Whether you’re an emerging leader building your foundation or a senior leader eyeing the C-suite, CWCC has a program built for where you are — and where you’re going.
Applications for both programs close September 4th. Keep reading to find the right fit for you (or your team).
Women’s Leadership Lab: For Emerging Leaders
The numbers tell a hard truth: only 29% of CEOs are women, and just 7% are women of color. The path to the top is still steep — and the Women’s Leadership Lab exists to change that, one leader at a time.
This program is built for emerging leaders ready to develop the skills, confidence, and community they need to move into their next leadership role. Participants will:
- Build a powerful network of women leaders across Denver’s business community
- Develop hard skills essential for stepping into leadership roles
- Sharpen communication and management abilities, including a deeper understanding of DEI
- Learn directly from C-suite women leading growing industries
- Gain a holistic view of Colorado’s local workforce and business landscape
If you’re ready to invest in yourself — or you manage a rising star who’s ready for more — this is the program to watch.

CWCC Mentorship Program: For Aspiring C-Suite Leaders
For senior leaders with executive leadership in their sights, the CWCC Mentorship Program offers something rare: real relationships with some of Colorado’s most accomplished and empowering leaders.
This small-group mentoring program pairs senior leaders from CWCC member organizations with male and female mentors who’ve walked the path to the top — and are ready to help others do the same. The experience includes:
- Group mentoring with a cohort of peers navigating similar career transitions
- A facilitated issues lab to work through real leadership challenges
- One-on-one mentoring time with prominent community leaders
- A monthly meeting rhythm — Thursdays, 8:30–11:30 AM, October through June
This is a nine-month investment in becoming the executive leader you’re working toward.
